Common engineering and chemistry data
The values used most in class and in exercises, gathered in short tables you can search and copy. Each table says where its data come from.
What it includes
- Liquid water at 1 atm from 0 to 100 °C: density, specific heat, saturation pressure and latent heat.
- Dry air at 1 atm: density, specific heat, viscosity, thermal conductivity and Prandtl number.
- Standard atmosphere: temperature, pressure, density and speed of sound up to 20 km.
- Engineering materials: density, Young's modulus, strengths, expansion and conductivity of steels, aluminum alloys, copper, brass, titanium, plastics and glasses.
- Exact SI physical constants, standard values and prefixes.
- Common elements with atomic mass, electronegativity and oxidation states; molar masses of common compounds; pKa values of weak acids and bases and acid–base indicators.
