Sources and licenses of the thermodynamic tables
Every property in the tables and the calculator is computed with CoolProp 8.0.0 (revision ae81610e7d), a free thermophysical property library. It was downloaded only from its official channel, PyPI; its code is on GitHub. It is distributed under the MIT license, which allows its use, including commercial use, as long as the copyright and license notice is kept (below and in every data file).

How the tables were made
The temperatures and pressures of each table were chosen by Simuveliq; no table was copied from a book. The values are computed by our own program (herramientas/termo/generar.py) with CoolProp; the calculator uses the same equation-of-state coefficients and was checked against CoolProp point by point.
